QUOTE(dr_zoidberg @ Jun 9 2017, 12:32 PM) Despite being registered very late in 2016, I still get the 30->50mbps free upgrade! Yes PSN is very slow. However, PSN still download stuff very slowly, like one megabyte per second. Wished it is full speed. Good for you. I registered in dec and nov 2016. Both also never get the upgrade yet. |

QUOTE(jiangchen @ Jun 9 2017, 04:50 PM) Finally 30mbps upgraded to 50mbps. My area is SS 2. LAN speed test is correct, download 50+ upload 20+. However when I test it on my phone the download speed goes down to 30+. Any idea guys? Looks like this month the upgrade tends to be speed up that many received upgrade now and then.Hope my turn comes soon too. |

Tm point ppl said if transfer ownership of unifi, the contract will be renewed for 24 months for the new owner and not 'continue' from the remaining contact by the previous owner. Is it true?
And after transfer of ownership, is the new getting the exact same package with the same subscription fee monthly? |

QUOTE(ctwl368 @ Jun 15 2017, 04:24 PM) My mom got a phone call today from TM and the offer was to move from streamyx to UNIFI 30MBPS for RM179 with no free calls. If you want free calls, have to pay RM20 which brings it to the new price which is advertised on TM website RM199. It is still available. Rm179 for 30Mbps. Even at TM dealer shop in shopping mall, they display this too.so it looks like RM179 still available... but not sure if it has to be via the call from the TM agent.... |

QUOTE(cucubud @ Jun 16 2017, 09:36 AM) I just did a swapped from Ruby Pack to Jumbo Lite Pack through TM Live Chat. Good deal. It cost RM5 to do the swap (one time charge). I was informed that my monthly bill will remain the same after the swapped since both packs cost the same (RM30). I was on VIP5 with Basic Pack earlier. Free upgrade to Unifi Lite 10 in April 2017 and they gave me Ruby Pack and HyppTv Everywhere. |

QUOTE(crackedbox @ Jun 21 2017, 04:04 PM) TM's way of replying to customer. So somehow they still stick to before June as deadline. So it means by next Friday everyone should receive the upgrade?Just keep them waiting. I'm glad I manage to get mine upgraded quickly and easily. They keep forgetting its already mid June |

QUOTE(poh880 @ Jun 23 2017, 02:07 PM) QUOTE(fruitie @ Jun 23 2017, 02:14 PM) QUOTE(tiongkeat @ Jun 23 2017, 04:49 PM) so decoder password not same as my hyptv everywhere lo, if i change my evewhere password , i noneed change on the tv one I discovered where to find the password Liao. It is not even on the installation slip. Just realised it was sent to my mobile phone via SMS previously. It is the same password for both hyppyv everywhere and hypptv setup box as our hypptv subscription come with hypptv everywhere plan which u can watch the same promo on hypptv everywhere as well. But hypptv everywhere is a free service. So anyone even without hypptv subscription or Tm service can also sign up a new account for hypptv everywhere to watch those free air channels. Same as NJOI Now which is an app unde Astro which it allows anyone to watch NJOI channels for free even without a NJOI decoder at home. |
