been considering Z900RS and CB1100RS...look like package & pricing wise will be more toward Z900RS

that what is good bout kawasaki.

there are so fast to react and take actions... unlike the other 2 i could hv mentioned.

Rs is a nice relaxing bike to ride. Power where and when u want it at a light weight anc relaxed neutral riding position.

Bad thing is, u cant do really aggressive cornering with it. Layan santai cukup.

i checked honda n kawa uk website, the z900rs has more power n torque than cb1100rs, even tho almost 200cc less, cos honda air n oil cooled...

also 40kg less than the honda. Cos honda using cradle frame, twin pipe and double shocks.. air oil cooled engine have more metal there...

but honda has the new CB1000R neo, with a detuned fireblade engine..

Until today n Yamaha HL has yet to launch the new mt09. Sigh.

I'm told by a senior staff that the target launch for this bike is early 2018.

Early as in?

I'm targeting to get the Z900 soon.

cb1100rs look nice & proper.parts and component look quality..but for the price to reach Malaysia ..will be ahem price😆

if NCX750 range sold in Malaysia around Rm6+k ish in Malaysia, I don't have high hope on Honda pricing in Malaysia

HL Yamaha should bring in XSR700 & XSR900 to Malaysia. It really make economic sense to bring in those 2. In terms of spare parts, HL Yamaha can leverage it with Mt 07 & 09 as it got economy of scale.as both Xsr & Tracer & MT sharing same engine,wheels,chases,swing arm etc..maybe the product planning for HL Yamaha is not bike enthusiast or bikers..simple ..if Kawasaki so successful with their ER6N/650 ninja/versus, why can't HL Yamaha copy the model strategies from kawasaki

That's what you get when you have career people instead of enthusiasts working for a brand. Any brand for that matter...
