U mean scooter with cvt pick-up faster than kapchai? I tot its the other way round.

bro, tnt600 stock sixth gear really tht short? heard fler said feels like can go 2 more gears...

all depens on riders tastes.. some likes cruiser tall 6th gear...

I own both. I can say my scooter pickup is faster as no need to change gear

comparing scooter with same cc as kapchai,
normally scooter will have hv faster pickup but top speed not so much than kapchai.

yes quite short coz it'll still easily go past the redline on stock 14T/46T, and that already tells you that the final drive is actually missing a tooth or two somewhere.

putting a 15T front sprocket makes better use of the power (bigger diff than dropping the rear to 45T), but it really sacrifices torque when rolling on the throttle in 6th. you'll hv to kick it down to 5th to whip the horses.

anyway for cruising otw to work, it's great.

saw the new yamaha nvx on my way to work yesterday. hella fast scooter to be honest, and quite big too.

luckily i am not really into all these modern looking scooters, so i'll pass. will continue riding slow to work with my current kuda besi lol.
