But EX-90 isn't the parts similar to the likes of Honda EX-5? I wish I could find a parts list for the EX-90!
I think demak ex90 isn't really that similar to honda ex5 dream though... the ex-90 is more like a hybrid between yamaha y100 & honda ex5 dream.. The model that exactly copied ex5 dream is the sym e-smart 110. The e-smart sure can interchange the parts with ex5 dream or vice versa..

Well then I can probably consider the SYM E-Smart 110 too. Thanks!
Hi All, have some enquiry here. Recently my motor vibrate kinda high and when I bring for checking, they mention that is my bearing issue (dunno i spell correct or not). Been change twice within a month and after they dis-mental it, they claim is glen sub(dunno what is that) problem and need to change but will cost around RM500 ( not include labour).
Anyone got any experience with CMC Daytona bikes? Apparently they just released 3 new models. The Cafe Racer looks interesting, but probably overpriced also.

yes considered expensive. they r taking advantage of retro bike fans.
still using carb @ this price compared to a ktns cfmoto 250nk abs.
the chinese bike already had EFI version several years ago
this their website shown is efi version,
anyway, this whole regal raptor series, the chinese company copied Honda CMX250 from the 80's engine.
it is inline twin with 360 degree crank/firing,
so it doesnt sound like a roti man or the usual 180 deg firing - ie r25 er6n etc.
the thing about using carb is, u can tweak it to idle low and it will KINDA sound like a harley ( not quite ) and not the usual lotiman sound
Triumph used to sound like this before they change to 270deg firing
Thanks for all the information. It looks like a Malaysian motovlogger did a brief test ride, too.
The riding position and looks appeal to me, but I'm wary of carb bikes because I'm a daily rider. Need something with EFI for reliability.

u can compare it with the bucanner which is from another chinese company.
According to the video I linked, the problem that the Buccaneer had with its clutch (really hard, like the XY400) is fixed on the Daytona Cafe Racer. A shame about the carb and pricing, though.
I might still book a test ride myself and see how it actually handles.

thing is even it is efi, it still wont be reliable cos it depends on the quality of the parts,/ assembly
efi means more chances things can go wrong, cos u hv more sensor, wiring, connectors, ecu, etc..
where as carb is very basic n straight forward stuff.
I've had much better experiences with EFI than with carb for everyday use, maybe because I'm not that much of a DIY person. I hear carb is better for people who want to be more hands-on with their bikes, though.
