i interview many from experience managers to freshgrad, if you want good people you have to do alot of different way to test them. Uitm grads are not really that good, UM grads ain't that great either.

If they are unable to behave properly as interns, what more can you say when they graduate?

Boss, the problem is impression is bad whenever they "self volunteer" not to speak in english during the interview as interviewer did asked them in english.

I believe that if i knew the company that i going to interview is more bahasa style(sometimes cn tell from google and company website), then i will prepare myself better in bahasa in case they interview me in bahasa. Is the matter of self preparation. In this case, i will treat them not intelligent enough as lazy to do some/minor research from online?

I mean, interviewees must prepare in a better way, else they are embarrassed themselve.

If they cnt even passed first impression, then how possible interviewers will remember them? Or maybe remember in a bad way? So how to measure their intelligent if they not getting the job?

If there was a recent surgery, there will be a surgeon's note. Patient or family will tell they have undergone some surgery.
Surgery on bladder will usually have a scar. In surgery using cystoscope, e.g. TURP, catheter can be removed. If the patient developed AUR, then just reinsert the catheter.

Some urology centers have day care service, and the patient will be advised to go there directly if they encountered problem. The surgeon or the uro mo will also tell patient what to do...
Unless the patient/family is so dumb until they can't even say a word or produce the surgeon's note, don't even think the pain is related to the surgery, then that's too bad lah...

the only difference is, negative perception on quality towards UiTM didnt reflect the actual reality as general, compare to negative perception on quality towards UNITAR as its as bad as the reality they had

heard story from my colleague, she said "cannot tahan work like this, everyday go back late, a lot of pressure etc2".
