Kochin,so what do you think of Ryan & Miho now?  about OSK Property, is the workmanship still same like 3 years back ? I saw someone comment their recent handover in shsh alam Elmira is not bad.

Location wise for me is thumbs up....

your advise ? buy or cancel the booking.
(i booked 2 days ago before get to know this forum )

Hi, will you regret of buying Ryan&Miho after get to know this forum? what they discussed here majority are negative, The taiko here said OSK is giving cheap workmanship...

i just booked one 2 days ago and was really satisfied and happy with the facility layout and location at first. But after i read this , my confident drop to 20%, i am thinking will the facility outcome will be the same as proposed? and will it be well maintained ? ( some said the management is reluctant to repair stuff )... i am so kan zeong now, i still can tarik hand brake one.

Can someone here tell more good things on OSK ?

sorry .. i just need little hope.

1084 units here. Study the supply in all the other highrise here and also midtown's post VP performance.

Then you will have a better idea.

3rooms unit at Atwater out of my budget, the 1k sq ft size that 2+1 room cannot la. I saw the mockup unit that room really too small for my liking

Understand the specs of the project, density, supply in the area.

Why not consider subsales?

its quite inconvenient already with those car park below your condo block.. for those detached car park building from your block will only add on the inconvenience that are already there

Depends on design R&M looks okay for me but its just the hassle to walk so far from my carpark to the lift then need to wait for lift, plus not every floor has a link bridge then I need to climb stairs/take a lift also. Very sien

For me I don’t mind if it a podium carpark cause it’s well shaded from the sun and rain la, but a seperate block definitely no no for me. Landed would be most convenient but when I think of the large sizes, parking troubles with neighbours and the need of cleaning I choose to skip them.

Then what about condos in Desa Park City? Their car parks are all in detached block.
