5 of 7 jmb member are osk staff n dev representative appoint as jmb chairman..alot miss use of fund n defect no taking care n even their management company htr not a resgister management company without trustee fund

That's their call, not ours.

If they managed to make money out of whatever unit(s) they bought in this project, then good for them. If not, then take it as a life lesson, learn from it, and move on from there.
