Very nice unit, but I don't think that unit's selling price is RM500k+ (unless there was a bulk purchase deal?). I remember 3br minimum also RM600k+.

They sold for as high as 800++ psf initially with hefty rebates kicking in when sales stalled.

To be fair it is a decent location but whether it’s profitable or not remains to be seen.

Urgh have you seen the size of the units for own stay? Can barely walk horizontally through the corridors. Ok I’m exaggerating. It’s obviously meant to be partitioned for UM students and young working adults in PJ.
