Send in latest documents and got approved credit limit increase and upgrade Gold to Plat.
But doing the same to UOB, they rejected. (their credit limit to me not even 1x of my current salary, lol)

There's a form to fill in. You can request via email. I did mine more than two years ago in KLCC branch.

For my case, I submitted my form via nearest branch and viola i got upgraded in less than one week.
Would have been faster if submitted via the card centre rather than the branches.

Yes, that is my experience too. Any transaction online to non-Malaysian sites will be blocked until you call CS to unblock that specific transaction.

think not only non malaysian site, came toward me when i purchase ticket thru TGV Cinema app too,
I think all online transaction will be blocked before you had call to CS to activate and unblock online transaction.

yes, i think so...if you are premier customer, you can even park in front of the branch when you visit their branch..
