now i'm waiting for resolution by mbb technical/IT team.

they miscalculated my cb by 1sen (from mbb visa ikhwan petronas). they have verified and confirmed the issue. only happened to 1 transaction.

petrol pump: RM68.40
8% cb: RM5.472
actual cb i got: RM5.46 (error)
correct cb: RM5.47 (rounddown)

i argued that even after rounding-down, no matter what is the logic also cannot make it to RM5.46.

if they changed the rounding logic, it would apply to all transactions, not just 1.

nope.

CS just took it as a case, not a concern to them anyway.

since their IT has verified the error, and they acknowledged the issue, i'm ok.

now waiting for my 1sen.

The reason they want you to balance transfer to their bank is to tight you with their bank, and earn interest if you not able to pay the monthly payment.
If you transfer balance between same bank, it didn't meet their purpose, you owe to their card A and card B also the same..

Q10 : Would I be able to transfer the balance from Maybank 2 Cards to another Maybank Card to consolidate the balance?

this is NOT balance transfer program.

it's just transfer one mbb card's outstanding to another mbb card. it wont break into installment portions.
