from ajay67 comments I would think its like Apple and Windows for the PC. Apple software is very limited (basically only the default software) in every aspect but it gets the job done and its good.

hmmm, i'm aiming for this phone also, waiting the price go down to >Rm1500, and with chinese handwrite recognization support. Wanna ask the current P1i users how is the battery usage ah? can last for how long if normal calling, sms and using the wifi... thanks!!

heavy usage can last me for a good day.
- 30+- sms
- 30minutes wifi
- 1hour +- voice calls
- fiddling wif nonsense software of the phone periodically
- BT headset connected all day long

average usage will last me for around 2 and 1/2 days
- 30+- sms
- 20minutes+- voice calls

could u tell us some feedback and review of using the phone???

By the way, I'm satisfied with the current firmware my P1i has as it's faster and more stable.

I had a bad experience with my M600i with Chinese firmware, so much so that I flashed it to English only.

I need to read Chinese, therefore I already installed some Chinese fonts whereby I now can read Chinese but cannot Write.

Good enough for me.

basically i'm quite satisfied with the phone as it fulfilled both my organizing and communication needs.
the only complain i have is the contact list is very lagging, especially when opening the contact from messaging.

i am using p1i now and i think i will switch to htc kaiser once it launched cause i still prefer wM than UIQ 3
