Hi everyone,

I am a newbie in this forum. I was wondering if anyone can be so kind as to give me some insight about the Finance department at Petronas.

I am having my SI with Petronas this Wednesday for the position in their Finance department. I'm a fresh grad who just finished my ACCA examinations. I have a degree in Accounting and Finance from one of the leading universities in the UK. I'm also an ACCA Affiliate with only 4months of work experience so far

I have tried my best to find some information on the Finance department at Petronas on this forum and on Google as a whole but to no avail.

I got through to the Petronas SI as Petronas advertised to students currently in the UK that they're coming for the recruitment process. As I am a non-Petronas scholar, I wonder if the selection process would be any different than their own scholars.

I would be really grateful if anyone can provide some insight about the Finance department, the pay and benefit schemes for the Finance staff as whole, etc.

hi chibimoon.when did you apply for the job?did you apply directly to HR or their website? what position?i applied through their website like last week and no feedback yet except thank you email for applying. how long they will call you if you are selected? sorry for asking too much cause i'm interested to work in Petronas actually. btw, i'm fresh grad too. how's the interview processes?

from friends i met in PIPE, they called the HR thrice a day to check their application status, maybe u can do that too....

does anyone know what the status means?i applied few days ago and it stated there "in process". they are actually reviewing my application isnt it? i just want to know.

Be patient. It could take months before they notice your resume, and call u for an interview should u r shortlisted.

Or in extreme cases, like me, 3 years.

Result will be within 2 weeks to 1 month..

I reckon that the result will be out within this week or next week.

anybody from petronas dagangan here? I have a chit chat session with one of the HR this coming monday and would like to know what to expect.

Hi, I'm new in this forum
I got my SI in 17 April 2012 (over 2 weeks ago) and I'm not given any notification from the HR staff...
Previously the HR staff told me that the result will be notified within 2 weeks..
Is it still normal?
Will they tell us if we are failed from the SI?
It's confusing me really..
