My SI on 13/3 at KLCC and medical check-up on 1/4 and i receive my offer letter on 2/4... I had serve by HR downstream department.

Yup.. At prince court.. I arrive at prince court 8am... So excited that time... Also have another candidate from exxonmobil... Also do the medical..

Today 29th of April, tomorrow 30th April last day to resign and resignation notice will applied started 1st of May (for 30 days).

The department (Kerteh) asking me to come 1 June (2nd of June SUNDAY working day @ East coast).

BUT, I still not receiving my official offer letter today..sound impossible to start 1st of June..

soon to be Petronas staff. still waiting for offer letter.

So u ask petronas kerteh la to push klcc hr to give u offer letter, so many thing to do after u got that letter... Must go to LHDN, get bank statement, n many form to settle down...hahah

How do you that? Who should I touch base with let's say I was offered to work in Gurun?

Last Friday somebody in the HR had informed me the offer letter not signed by the boss yet, and now on bos`s table. They promised me they will settle the thing BEFORE end of April. And today is the last day of April, hopefully the ingat Janji (untuk) Ditepati.

I emailed Ms.A (HR Petronas KLCC)regarding this but u guys know lah they hardly replying any email asking about offer letter.

it is possible to change HR who incharge us during SI since there are no any updates made by the HR regarding job placement more than 1 month already.. called her and no answer...

I'm afraid that is not possible. I once thought of doing that and I expressed my thoughts to a different HR since she looks more keen in hiring me. But the answer I got was negative. She said they are unable to do that since I am currently tied to that HR unless I am released by them only then she can take me in. Something that goes along that line. But who knows, you can just try and give it a shot. There's no harm in trying
