Finally my bezza hit 5k mileage and goes for 1st inspection which is free! My bezza is 17 October 2017 made.
So I went to small garage perodua authorized service centre to carried out first inspection and I pass the maintenance book at counter and they passed to technician/engineer to check my car, in less than 10 minutes it's settled.
I were monitoring the technician, he just took my car key and drive outside around the area and came back parking and settled! Is this called inspection? Never open car hood/boot to check engine, liquid level, tyre level, etc.... They lazy or what I don't know.
And also the engine oil they said no need to change as it's actually 10k mileage engine oil, so they replace the maintenance sticker and write 10k / march for second service.
Anyone please share your first free inspection experience.

During my inspection, i told them there was a rattling noise from the car and they did a thorough check of my car and found the source of the noise. (Which was the jack under the passenger seat). As long your car is fine then i think there's no biggie.

I also realize mine half tank 1 month ago, den I check today its still half tank, so I think factory they never put full tank, just half tank will do.

That tank is actually a reservoir for then the coolant flows out of the system (engine). The rest of it is around the engine and wherever it needs to be. Provided it doesn't drop below your half tank everytime you check, it should be nothing to worry about.

But it's good practice to check once a week... or once every 2 petrol fill ups for me.

Anyone please share your first free inspection experience. Apart from complaints you may have, there's nothing much for them to inspect apart from the oil level and your car condition. My experience was a bit more normal, 30mins also. Just drive, open the hood to look at the oil level, changed my cabin filter and tried to sell things like gear up stuff and washer detergents.

Usually look for lumps, cracks, and the threads texture is it balance or one side botak

When go to SC, they tried using cheap asus phone, works fine. Not saying mine is expensive, but kind a weird I could not connect to smartlink. Even samsung also cannot connect. Didnt work as well using original cable. When try to connect, my phone screen just blinking for a while. Whereas it should have a popped up to install the drive mode app but mine just blinking and thts it.
