Another suggestion to you. Bring your NS set and test at your friend house whoever got Unifi Broadband. If no issue then it is due to your ISP.

I have almost never touch my joy-con since I bought my switch together with pro controller. It is much more comfortable to use than joy-con. Unless you are playing some games that required the used of joy-con, Pro controller will allow be a better choice. The only issue is the price is quite steep

Anyone facing issues docking your NS with monitor?
Mine keep showing no signal from HDMI. Monitor - Acer ED242qr HDMI cable works fine. tried a few of them. Switched source signal to HDMI as well. |

If anything from NS side use original dock, charger & cable, by right should be no issue. Assume your monitor HDMI connection to laptop no issue & setting ok.
