the monitor works fine while plugged in to the pc via HDMI.
I tried setting the "TV settings" to 1080p, which is the monitors resolution. No help as well.

No clue. By right very direct. Could be compatible issue.

My eshop now is US region with fund balance of U$14.
And just now saw some pretty good deals in Australian region.
If I change my region to Australia, is it my U$14 will be gone?
Or it will be there once I change back to US region?

Just got my NS last week.

Dont think you can change region at all if there is any balance even USD0.01. That's why I only use credit card instead reload the balance in eshop. If you want to buy from other region, create another new NS account.

Dont use eshop reload card if possible unless you willing to carry more than one NS account.

For US$0.01, can you try to buy game and balance pay by other option such as credit card? If can't then no choice, you have to continue reload the balance to use it.

Another alternative is that reach out Nintendo USA live chat to ask them to remove the balance for you.

Anyone know how to contact Maxsoft for warranty claim for Switch? Been trying to call but no answer and email bounce back saying their folder full.

The vendor I bought from said Maxsoft office is closed so how to contact them? Or anyone knows when they will be back to work? Don't want the 3 months warranty period to lapse...

The issue I'm having is that the Switch turns off by itself. Not just sleep but completely off, need to long press the on button to turn it back on. This happens even when battery is full or 80%, 50%... overnight will turn itself off. Even daytime if left for some time. Anyone else experience this?
