i own a one year plus v2, was hoping for the hardware upgrade so that some games with performance issues can really be played on switch, gonna wait for pro if there gonna be any

can name few games that you noticed got performance issue, will like to avoid buying it

Bravely Default 2 , Ark , Outer World . Avoid them all like a plague .
There's more , someone will probably have to compile a list .



The gap between new Gen of console games and switch is just going to get larger than ever .

wow, all the titles I haven't heard yet. Just started playing switch week ago, still on AC Zelda and those mario games hhahaa

Saw the news of upcoming OLED model just 20 mins before 7.7 Midnight Shopee sale...

Nothing major except slightly bigger OLED screen and LAN port... won't be available until 3 months later, or maybe longer wait here... and cost extra RM200 at least...

I thought the price of PS4/5 game and switch almost same right ?

Could it be PS games more suited for teenagers and switch games cater more on pre-teen?

i think nintendo a bit more expensive, they are well known for "nintendo tax"

same game can be had on another consoles at much more cheaper price with non of the performance issues, of course other consoles have the advantage of local digital store pricing but u cant play it handheld

Got mine last week just to review this monitor. Was planning to get the Pro version too next year. Guess that the CPU upgraded model won't come anytime soon with this OLED model around.

NS games especially those famous mario game cards price won't drop. Got 2nd hand value. Not really to do with ages range since NS target all level from young till old.

Price don't drop because Nintendo themselves never sell them at huge discounts on their digital store, thus maintaining the price for physical games.

Nintendo isn't like Sony who likes to slash their game prices to 50% off or more. For Nintendo games there are Nintendo Select, where Nintendo will sell their games at huge discounts but physical only. But it won't come out until the end of the console's life cycle.

They care about the value of their games more than others earning a quick few bucks by making a flash sale.

All the above mentioned only applies to first party Nintendo, not 3rd party games. You can still find physical games for cheap sometimes but you have to hunt it la for jackpot deals. Switch is still hot selling console, and there is a lot of new users buying their console, and the value won't drop by much if you don't hunt for those cheap deals.
