I got a 60 UD shadow priest in PVP realm, I got another 60 Human Holy Priest in PVE realm. and Now I'm lvling my mage, just wonder why most Malaysian in PVP realm, more challenging?

Pros in PVP =

- Can camp corpse and gank newbie for fun.
- When you 40 MC/BWL, you can block the opposite faction from BRD/BRS.

Cons in PVP =

- Kena corpse camp and ganked by high lvl when you just wanna (insert activity here).
- When opposite faction gathered in BRD for 40 man raid u gotta wait else they gang rape u.

Pros in PVE =

- You can be any spec you like. (i.e. Priest can be full holy without worries to kena stunt lock).

Cons in PVE =

- Other than can't camp corpse and gang newbies... I can't think of any, infact if you want fair PVP you can even log in your opposite faction's alt to shout in the city that whoever wanna PVP come infront of where and when.

I got a lots more reason for this, but lets discuss

PVP... it gets you high when you're on a bloodlust. That's all. It's that simple.
I'd rather play RP than PVE...

PvP is fun, it keeps you on your toes when you go frolicking in contested areas.

And of course, if someone from the opposing faction ganks you, you can always use your lvl 70 main(s) and gank him back if he's corpse camping you!

In this matter I can say that Horde is not very good at helping each other, coz you can easily summon bunch of alliance to Raid Crossroad, but never seems to be able to motivates horde to raid Alliance.

Once I ganked a human priest... twice, then he come back with a higher lvl rogue (so fast =P). But when I kena ganked I can't seems to get help from Horde =P

As I'm PVE atm... do you have any problems when all of you start Rampart/Furnace? I can Imagine it will be a blood bath cause every one starts at the same place... now should be better

The hardcore will all play on PVP server. Part of the diehard gamer ethos is to be the most badass and PVE is viewed as "casual" or "carebears who dance around the trees spouting poetry, kissing and waving". Those are not my words, but check out the WOW community forums and discover for yourself.

I've been on both: Blackrock PVP (had a sizable Malaysian/Singapore crew at one time) and Suramar PVE. you will definitely find many more hardcore gamers on PVP servers.

pvp is mainly for competitive hardcore players...
dat's where de fun part... u can go around whacking opposite factions for the fun of it... n also helps u 2 build more awareness on where dey r gonna attack...

pve on de other hand... is mainly for those who only prefers questing... or play around with the character's skills & talents... it's kinda boring though cos u'll nvr get 2 try it out on other players frequently...

pure pve sux. esp those who used to in big raid. while in 5 man instance n pvp(not necessary in bg , farming places can be too !) some of the ppl cant multitask <not cc>

n pvp is fun la, FFA pvp more fun. coz some of the ally also KS, hard to find makan.

hehe I remember pre-TBC, Blackrock Mountain used to be the unoffical 4th battleground on some days. Crazy fights just to get into MC/BWL (beladi long GY run) and the hallways littered with skeletons.

imho the previous dark zone is STV, now I guess everywhere in OUTLAND... coz everywhere I go those stupid horde are in my way KSing my mobs, can't imagine you can complete a single quest imho.

As I like to try on all different spec. I dun think I wanna be a holy spec priest with a 'free HK' on my forehead. Just like in my previou PVP realm I must play a UD shadow priest, else kena Ganked by Alliance every now and then.

And in PVP realm you got excessive rogue player, while in PVE most guild are actually recruiting rogue 1 rogue is great, but I've been to a UBRS consist of 4 rogue... too much??

If you wanna PVP so much go battleground, more HK. however if you like to gank on a oom mage, then PVP realm is for you

And in PVP realm you can't create toon in opposite faction but in PVE you can do that, so you can actually transfer your Horde Gear to Your Ally char or vice versa.

Another key feature of PVP realms is that you get to transfer to any other realms in the future, be it PVP or PVE.

Characters in PVE realms can only transfer to other PVE realms.

Plan an escape route (backdoor) for the future!

Good boys can only go to to PVE. Bad boys can go wherever they want

PVP for those who got small pen who wanna grow their e-pen by ganking lowbies.

Nah real hardcore kill everybody high or low. If you are the enemy prepare to kill or be killed. But low level ganking is fun because they die easily and and be camped so much they smash their mouse and log out in frustration.

Dont sign on a PVP server if you are expecting peace, love and understanding hahaha (maybe try Barbie's Online Adventure instead)

PVP or PVE, we Msian players will always be PWNed by TMNut's lag...

Outdoor bosses . Fighting over an outdoor boss and getting it always makes it so much sweeter .

You are trying to do a quest... then some lvl 70 gank you, you log out and bring in your lvl 70, then you managed to revenge, later 2 lvl 70 spawn and kills you... they you call your guildies for assistance, so forth... end of the day, no one dinged no one get any epic no gold earned no quest done... all you get is frustration

I'm not sure how well you pvp as healer spec for dr00d/shammy/pally. my holy priest can only beat mage/lock/non-silence hunter/pally/non-melee shammy/non catform drood, however in PVP realm all you see is rogue and more rogue... sometime invisible cat... I guess I'll have to make a NE or Rogue/Cat inorder to play in PVP realm again
