i have 2 LGH2 A5 batteries bought from local store at usj 9 before, cant even fire more than 15 watts. Now im using LGH2 A6 from shopee, can fire up to 40 watts...i never try fire higher than that, since im using single mod.

lgh2 a5 = rm 70,kena scam since im newbie before.
lgh2 a6 shopee= rm 23 only.

Chocos are HG2s. An important distinction because HE2s also exist (and are comparatively crap).

Also, there's also the probability of those A5s simply being from a shit grade shipment of HG2s. Though if the specs differ so much that it's incapable of firing above 15W, then it might just true clones after all, as even shit grade HG2s should not be THAT bad.

Pana NCR is not for vape purpose as max Amp (5-7a<10, pulse =11a),it last long enough but it won't fire when it reach 3.7v means is only 50% useable ....

How would you set up for cycling all day?

Say 10~12 hour outdoor, sweaty hands, body, with sun, rain and road dirt.

Cloud or flavor will not be as critical cos getting nicotine fix will over ride anything else when the crave hits.

Lets not limit ourselves with the latest, biggest, cutting edge gear. Anything that works.

Would a Mech mod more suitable? I fear regulated mod are not weatherproof...

I reckon stainless steel will be more reliable as knocking any dropping will be a norm. Leak proof Atty, simple.

Now I carry 20mg nic flavor juice just for riding.

I ride with my MegaVolt + O-Atty. That said, I don't really ride long distance, all weather so that's that. Though if I plan to I'll just ziploc my Mod and juice just in case.

And while reg Mods aren't really weatherproof, Mechs aren't either and water going into tube (which will happen) are a surefire (pun intended) way to short curcuit your batteries.

HOWEVER, it's admittedly much easier to put a few orings or pipe tape to help "seal" a mech tube then it is to completely gasket a reg mod so that's that. Also, with a 18350 mech +
a tiny topper (and a not too ambitious single coil build), you've got yourself a decent tiny mod for outdoor purposes.

Heck, a 18350 mech with a Taifun GT was my PRIMARY mod for the better part of 3 years lol:

As an alternative, there ARE reg Mods out there marketed to be "waterproof", though the veracity of such claims remain to be proved lol.

Finally, check out the Cync or MyJet. They're both really tiny, and with a decent 24mg juice (the pods are refillable) they should be fine for nic delivery, even if they would still need a ziploc as they're not waterproof per se. As a bonus though you can Vape either one WHILE riding thanks to their auto-switches.

Here's my Cync sandwiched between my other "main" Mods for comparison:

Ahhhh… zip lock, if all else fails, zip lock to the rescue smile.gif

18350 is definitely a good idea…
High ohm single coil seems inevitable to conserve battery andjuice.
Taifun GT look like a huge capacity. But carrying glass tank running around crips me…

From my not too extensive experience, not all Atty are thirsty, some 2ml tank can last longer than 4ml tanks… My serpent alto drinks a lot faster than my (now lost) le magister… are there other slow sipping Atty out there?

There are really very little storage space on a bicycle, will avoid spares and juice bottle if I could.

My Taifun GT had plastic tanks from the Nano kit (and no, that might look huge but it's just a 3-4ml cap tank). Heck even the in-box tanks were plastic lol, back then Pyrex was a relative luxury.

BTW the Magi should work well as it has that reservoir beneath the deck that pretty much works as a tank. Plus you already have experience coiling on it so it looks like the Magi is a good choice.

That said, spares are pretty much needed if the mod + tank itself is small. Going the 18350 route means you're gonna need spare batts. And unless you're packing a 10ml tank on top, a spare juice bottle (just take a 10-20ml bottle enough) is needed too.

So yeah, pros and cons.

As an alternative, fully charged and running at low wattage I THINK the MegaVolt should last for quite a while, especially paired with a decent build Magi. For water resistance you can always ziploc it.

Also, IINM there are some RTAs that actually come with metal tank sections, if that helps. I can't remember which though, maybe the DigiFlavor Pharaoh was one of them.

Battery life (AND getting decent batteries) would be an issue for that LPG. Plus the fact that it's a hybrid 510 so any leakage from the bottom of your tank/atty will go straight to your battery.

I recommend a Caravela/King mod/ChiYu clone if you're still looking for a 350-capable mech. At least they're not a hybrid 510s, and they both come with 18500/18650 extensions as well.

Thanks for the heads up.
Do you mind explain hybrid 510? I am really confused.

Ok, a "normal" mech 510 kinda looks like this:

user posted image

So it has a screw (usually adjustable) that "connects" your atty to the battery. If it leaks, the screw should contain it.

A hybrid looks like this:

user posted image

In this case, your atty (tank/RDA) bottom connects directly to the battery. So yeah, any leaking goes straight to your batt.

Hi Sifus,

I'm currently using a iStick Pico (Firmware V1.03) with Serpent Mini.
I've been running them in Temperature Control SS mode on 28ga Stainless Steel 316L.
7 wraps and the ohm comes to around 0.7ohm.

I've set the temperature to 200 degree celcius.
But I don't know why my temperature won't go up to 160.
The temperature seems to hover around 130-160 degree celcius no matter what I set.
Anyone knows what's happening?

Lets have a quick summary
Important considerations
1) 'normal' 510 connector to reduce juice ingestion.
2) extend battery life and reduce juice consumption by single coil low wattage build
3) tiny leak proof Atty.
4) tiny mod
5) Ziploc beg (or other waterproof method such as condom) is a must.
6) must be able to take physical abuse, eg, dropping, knocking, drop into pool, soak in sweat and rain.

Contradiction in size and capacity
1) 510 connector is larger than hybrid 510 by nature
2) small battery (18350) are lower mAh by nature, hence short battery life… 26650 has larger capacity but it is big in size as well

Pro for Mech mod
Low wattage high resistance build are safer in many ways
Will survive rain, splash and mud. A thorough clean up easy to bring it back to life unlike electronic laden regulated mod.
Can take impact, dropping… etc external force.
