Shit, my On9 reload for Aeroline Card on 28/10 only give me 0.2% instead of 5%

Cash Back for month of November had credited but sadly I only got unlimited cash back (0.2%) although I bought from Lazada on 29/10/17. I think they are based on posting date rather than transaction date.

Mine transaction on 28/10 and posting date on 29/10, so not related to posting date or transaction date

Did you get 5% or 0.2%?

Look like i see wrong, my transaction on 31/10, and posting on 2/11, and only received 0.2%

Same with me. But, I got other transaction on 29/11 and posting on 31/11 which got 5% cash back. That's why I said its based on posting date.

Nope. My transaction and posting date is on 29th Oct. This Lazada was eventually cancelled and refunded, I bought again on 11 Street and posted on the same day.

I got RM 30 cash back.

I got the same reply 2 months ago when my purchase with traveloka online did not earn 5% cash back.
They tell me chill and check again in 1 month time.

After 1 mth no cash back yet.
Called them.

This time they change their version of story and tell me all sorts of old grandma story,
they say traveloka post the transaction offline so i am not entitled for cash back.

I ask them when i made the payment i DID ENTER a mastercard secure pin using SMS, so how could it be using offline?

They say according to their system its offline.
They even suggested me to call traveloka to claim the cash back.


Best suggestion if you are holding this card.
1) Call them tell them you want to cancel the card. Tell them to cancel right away.
2) 99.99% they will offer you RM15 instant rebate + RM15 when you use RM200 on the card.
3) Call them again to cancel this card for real after receiving 15+15.
4) Apply for other alternative card that offer same 5% online rebate.
