Anyone purchase item from Lazada recently with CIMB CR card? May I know how long is the posting date for lazada purchase to CIMB CR statement? Need to plan my purchase for cashback cycle..

Notice that myeg payment entitle for cashback. May I know how many days for myeg transaction to post to CIMB CR card? As my April cashback has fully utilized.

Overall, my cash back for this card is only 1.92% and 1.69% for principal and supplementary respectively. It's low because I only found out PTPTN didn't qualify for 5% cash back anymore. bangwall.gif

This is cashback credited on 28 May? I wonder why I don get any cashback for May.. I use for myeg payment on 28 April, posting date is 30 April, but, didn't receive any cashback either 0.2% or 5% as at 28 May.. so, ts please update at first post myeg no longer entitle for cashback..

Also, just some thought, the changes announcement is on 12 March, and changes effective 3 April, is it follow the minimum notice period?

I use cimb bcoz I check first post when my transaction is performed on 28 April.. it was updated after my transaction performed..

I'm trying to link my credit card to my cimbclick, it show successful, but I still unable to view it, anyone faced this b4? Is it I need to wait them to link after I click it? If yes, how long will it take to link my acc?

I having bad experience with their call centre.. they terminated my online banking n ask me to create a new login to consolidate my credit card, Kwik n saving acc in 1 login ID.. as I've 2 login earlier, (1st one for kwik, 2nd for credit card), saving acc just open recently and I can view my acc in my 2nd login but cannot perform any transaction. So the staff said I must create acc with my saving acc debit card only I able to perform online banking..

So they terminated my acc n mentioned that I can reuse the old ID after they terminated.. after terminated, I try to reuse the ID but it mentioned the ID d taken up, then they told me sorry they give me wrong info..

Nvm, I create a brand new ID with saving acc n link my credit card n Kwik acc, but, I can't view my credit card n Kwik account n the staff told me it need to takes 3 working days for them to link.. if after 3 working days still can't view, then I need to call them to lodge report to investigate.. all these r really s*ck for me! With the raya holiday, I really no idea how long they will take.. the call centre is not helpful but ruin my acc.. n my money in Kwik acc is stuck!

I guess they can't blame it on merchant.. online transaction has no MCC to identify, it is the bank system captured the transaction source code and classified as online transaction.. if this is to bring up to BNM, the bank is answerable and not merchant. Also, Lazada and Taobao is very common online purchase platform which the bank cannot deny..

CS can't do anything until someone bring the case to BNM, then it will escalate to product team to investigate n correct their system.. CS is lazy to escalate the issue since their system shown otherwise, n it is ridiculous to ask the customer to check with merchant..

Those who impacted on Lazada issue, none of u report to BNM? Their Tnc clearly stated for online purchase, n Lazada is an online platform, no matter how, they need to fix their system n grant 5% cashback.. just wonder why no ppl report it.. maybe the amount is too little for them to do this?

I am disappointed with contradictory of CS, been using this card regularly since April and thinking to keep it but now feel cheated. 

Can anyone make some suggestion how can I protect my right as a consumer? How if i call them again or email but still same answer?

Have u spend rm1000 within 60'days? I'm not aware of this promo, but I believe some sifu here might seem the sign up promotion, u can always write in to cimb as complaint letter and cc bnm.

U can try to get Expedia to reimburse the differences to u.. just tell them the amount charged is different with booking amount..
