I tried to compare and its not 1% that I thought CIMB is charging for admin fee, more like 2%

One guy checked with CS and he said this round follows transaction date.

I just called to disable my CIMB CB card. Was offered 15(instant)+15(Upon using 200). i accepted it and plan to use on 11/11 sales.

spend 200 get 30. woot 15% cash rebate regardless the spend.

No more 5% effective 1st Nov.

What reason u gave to cancel the card b4 they offered rm15+rm15 to u?

You just need to tell CS that CIMB has no longer online rebate benefit and wish to terminate your CIMB CBP card.
Then they will offer you RM15 and if you spend RM200 within 30 days, you will get another RM15 from them.

That is what I did and CS said ok but i need to make payment for outstanding transactions first and she will proceed to cancel my card, no offers at all. Haven't been using the card for the last six months except last week, could this be d reason?
