Hi guys, the activation of card from date we receive, is there time frame for us to activate? Card left in hometown maybe 4 weeks later only activate... Will got problem?

Purchase from aliexpress with usd.. I didn't get tac code and transaction straight go through.. Lol
Btw 1percent border fee means if I bought 100usd I get charge 1usd and I get rebate 5 usd? True rebate 4usd? |
