Honestly, I haven't been trying PayPal for Lazada so I can't comment how's the page is redirected.
Based on my experience with other pages, it will prompt you to enter your PayPal login and password and it will show the credit card last 4 digits and I'm allowed to change to other linked card.

If you only have CIMB CR now, you still can apply for PBB Quantum. However, this Lazada issue is also affecting Quantum card, you will still need to contact PBB to manually adjust it. So, not sure your level of tolerance regarding this issue.

To be fair, it's really not CIMB's fault, more to Lazada issue.

Requirement is very low for a VS card, only 60k. I really doubt it comes with PP.

Oh because Priority Pass is not mentioned anywhere in the site. The closest is "Plaza Premium Lounge voucher is eligible for Visa SIGNATURE principal cardholders only and are non-transferable." But that's PPL voucher.

I think so but why don't use other cards? Like M2AmEx, YOLO, Quantum if you have? Else, it's good to have additional card if it allows.

UniFi is not part of the eligible SI for CIMB CR's cash back.

For those cards I listed are entitled.

I received months ago and didn't bother to call CS that I accept it, too much for me plus I don't spend much on this card since it only requires RM 600 for me to maximise the cash back.

Well, having high limit doesn't necessarily mean you will need to spend it.
I'm not sure how they evaluate, probably by your approval date, spending pattern.
