what the bnm email that you guys emailed to regarding the lazada cashback? seems like CIMB don't care if we don't cc the complain to bank negara as well.

ish... mine same case as yours , emailed and they just reply will forward to the department in charge...then no news...
looks like i gonna reply to ask the status with cc to bnm.... 

mine sent to them on 14th Aug..they replied on 15th informed will forward to CC department.

Then keep quiet until today..and no adjustment been made also to my cc..

I thought Uber - CIMB got cross bord charges? this card I still use it for other online purchase.
then PBB Quantum want to keep quota for any online purchase not eligible for this card. (Eg : taobao) 
Lazada still using their Co-Brand card since 15% cash back, and ended Dec, I will chop the card after that.
1st year AF waive, subsequently RM 10. and campaign ended rebate only 1%      

If PBB offered VS, no harm to keep the CIMB CR for backup in case all your online card fully utilized the CB since no AF

customer servuce told me, if lazada App purchase only entitled for others transaction? mean only got 0.2% rebate.
no wonder I spend so many month also see a rebate less than rm20...

My ALI*www.taobao.com HANGZHOU CN in August all got 2% rebate only.

My purchases for 11street and Fave also not entitled for 5% cash back. Used at Giant also not entiled for 2% cash back. Already lodged complaint but no reply yet.

Now l don't bother to use CIMB Cash Rebate card. Prefer to use PBB Quantum Mastercard.

Why Fave only 0.2% instead of 5% for online?

yes this is what cs told me for the lazada transaction that cant get 5%. adjustment cb and cb should be appeared on cimbclicks

I don't see any adjustment on my statement. hmm need to give them a call then. and you they transferred to supp, that's troublesome.
