Nope. My transaction and posting date is on 29th Oct. This Lazada was eventually cancelled and refunded, I bought again on 11 Street and posted on the same day.

I got RM 30 cash back.

Just wanna check with you and the rest who got this retention bonus, I'm sure you guys have cleared the payment before calling them right? That means use cash back to offset the outstanding payment?

Yes, can transfer if your card is cancelled. They can't be holding your money, I wanted to do the same for my HLB Wise but I asked them to transfer to my MACH card.
It will incur some charges to transfer though if it's not within the same bank.

I thought you were referring to cash back? All points will be forfeited upon cancellation.

Nope. Just that it won't be posted in current month's statement, it's posted in following month's statement. One cycle is from previous month's 29th to current month's 28th.

Just called CS to cancel my card and supplementary card, each is offered RM 15+15. Let's see how long it will take for first RM 15 to be credited.

Yes, cash back benefits already revised on 1st Nov. So only 3 days, I managed to get full 5% because mine was transacted and posted on 29.10.

Now many disputed because CIMB CS promised to give cash back so long it was transacted within those three days and posting date didn't matter. However, if transactions were posted in Nov, they only got 0.2% (new revision).

They will most likely offer you RM 15+15. Anyway, it's better you apply other online transactions cards if you haven't.
