If i understand correctly, both Lazada web and apps wouldn't get 5% cb.

cashback in today
is 5%

not 2%
so mean now cimb auto recognize it as online

Check my statement yesterday, they charge me with the finance charge because I only pay the net balance (statement balance minus cash rebate) so i ask them why there is no charges previously but only this time. That guy help me to request for waiver and today the waiver is credited. Not bad but since lazada categorized themselves as direct marketing might as well just keep this card in drawer.

Ya. My quantum also have this issue but at least pbb is good enough to manually credited back for me in next month statement.

Why am I not surprise when it comes to PBB in comparison to CIMB.  Those who got cashback credited by PBB should show the proof to CIMB!  This is how professional do business!

my bills is rm700 then entitle cash back of rm10,
so total is 690.
but if still need to pay rm700, then how i actually earn the cashback? seems like i only earn it on the paper.
