Hepy is on 10-in-1 jab. His first jab was 7-in-1 . Then second jab 10-in-1. Third jab would also need to be 10-in-1 lor. Wud da vet told me was if there's any new disease and your dog needs a stronger dose of vaccine, and previously your dog was on 7-in-1 jab .. then your dog need to start all over again for jab 10-in-1 for antibody build up. Something like that. I'm not too sure either but the vet said it's best if it's 10-in-1 lor = RM60

Arond RM35 to Rm40.... you can go to Wangsa Maju Carrefour.... you know the row of shop houses there? There is a vet there, called Anicare. Very reasonable and good vets too.

Normally after vaccination, puppies and dogs will feel tired, sometimes unwell a bit. Some can develop fever but it is not fatal.... but if the fever last for long time, with vomiting and other weird symptoms, the pup or dog could be allergic to the vaccine but this is rare.

7 in 1 is good enough..... you see, 6 in 1 is the very basic that each dog must have to avoid the very very dangerous viruses.... if you can afford 10 in 1, then why not? But according to the vet I go to, which is Brickfield's vet, he said it is actually up to us but he feels that the 7 in 1 is good enough for it protects against major viruses.

RM20 as consultation fee is normal lah. RM20 for them is their profit to run their clinic.... RM50 is for the jab.... but if you paid RM50 for a 6 in 1 then it is over priced.

1st jab can be any jab. But if u want to switch to 10-in-1 .. then you start this for the 2nd jab and as for 3rd jab, if you've started 10-in-1 for 2nd jab, then the 3rd jab must also be 10-in-1.

Normally breeders go for 6-in-1 or 7-in-1 jab .. very common jab and cheap ma laugh.gif. I also dunno how to check it but the vet should be able to tell.
