people, need help badly. got myself a 10 weeks min pin for about a week liao but some how i still can't get him to poo properly. He seems to like to pee in his cage but not poo unless emergency situations la. As for my poo i do have the pad in which i soak his pee there but he never goes there to poo. When i do catch him wanting to poo i carry him to the pad but he will just stop his urge and walk away or sometimes start attacking the pad instead. I really puzzled liao.

Also i'm having trouble training him as when i say "no" strongly to him he just continues biting me non stop. He's not te least scared of me. Tried smacking his butt lightly but doesn't work. Now only thing i can do is put him back in cage and don't care about him but now he seems to whine very loud when i do this. Heart also drop on the floor la when here this but i have to "yan" la

Any advice ?

HI lewatmalam, I also got my 9 weeks old pup 2 mths ago and now she is 4 mths. As for the poo, don't ever smack him or scold him when he poo at the wrong place. It will just make him think that poo will make you angry and later he will just poo at some place that you can't see which you don't want this to happen. He is just 10 weeks old, give him more time. Puppy takes months to learn to poo at the correct place. Just confine him at a small place that is easy to clean and dog normally has a specific place that they like to poo on. After you notice that he always poo at that spot then only start to put newspaper or pad on the spot. He will poo on the spot eventually. Hope this helps.

Now have big problem where he comes out of his cage and really attacks me like a mad dog biting me for real. Damn worried as nanti he go round biting people. Very hard to train this pup. Wanna use treats and train him also hard as he keeps attacking non stop and jumping. No chance to even give treat

Lewatmalam, my pup also will bite my ankles when she is small, now also will bite my ankle occasionally if she is over excited. I think your pup is over excited when see you and trying to play with you. Try to use planpen instead of cage and give more space of it to roam? They will grow out of it later. I train my pup to sit 1st whenever I'm giving her food or treats.
