Applied for PBB cc on 06/04 and got a called from them on 12/04 to clarify on some details on my application form(my handwriting was horrible hence the phone call LOL). Received sms that my card has been approved on 14/04.

First time applying PBB card btw. Hope this helps

just received my quantum 2 card today, i dont have any account at Public, if i wan to use to e-banking, the only way to get the username n password is go to branch?

Public Bank already update the systems. Previously failed transaction should be able to transact now.

That's good to know. Hopefully Quantum Mastercard will work smoothly now coz celaw still failed to transact at Shopee this morning.

Just got a call from PBB Card Services in response to my email regarding failed transaction at 11street.my. CS said they've already updated the system and there shouldn't be any problems now.

Haha.. Is this the power of all complaint together, that's why PBB able to act so fast?

Finally... I reported this problem since 06 April. Now only settle.

anybody ever have any problem receiving OTP from Public Bank? Called customer service they said OTP is delivered but I never receive them. I am using Digi btw.

I emailed them on 13 April and shot them another email today listing all the failed transactions reported in this thread. Got a missed call from PBB Card Services at 7.16pm. Then they called again at 7.41pm to inform me all should be settled now

Yup. And it is just in time for me to fully utilize RM30 cash back for Quantum MasterCard as my statement date is 21st

I received the card on 10 April and statement date is 19th but first statement will only be issued on 19th May which means there's only a quota of RM30 cash back from 10 April to 19 May.
