I rarely check this LTE logs. I just use the live notification feature to know whether my area has band 38/40.

Not all area has band 38 yet. In fact I only get band 38 only when I'm at my office. 3-4 months ago I rarely get band 38. It started to show up more recently.
I believe when Webe start to upgrade its current network infrastructure near your place, you'll get band 38.

So live notification shows the number 5 is band 5 then
So if there's extra LTE band, it would show up as like 5, 38?

If your phone supported band 38, it will.

The above application not work with Mediatek processor smartphone. Need to use another apps.

I've been using webe for almost 5 months now and so far it's been great. I mostly use it for youtube and downloading. I notice that webe caps the speed at around 250kbps for youtube and download but sometimes I can download at 4mbps usually when downloading from google drive. Ok here's the problem though, the speed drop drastically recently to around 100kbps and it's been that way for a month now and that's not cool. I thought they were updating the network or something but a month seems a little bit too long. I just want to watch youtube in 480p so please fix this
