I've been using webe for almost 5 months now and so far it's been great. I mostly use it for youtube and downloading. I notice that webe caps the speed at around 250kbps for youtube and download but sometimes I can download at 4mbps usually when downloading from google drive. Ok here's the problem though, the speed drop drastically recently to around 100kbps and it's been that way for a month now and that's not cool. I thought they were updating the network or something but a month seems a little bit too long. I just want to watch youtube in 480p so please fix this
