I have a problem today. Tried to port out supp line to OneXox but declined as there is main line in Webe, if need to port out, need to port out all.
Why can't I port out one number only? I want to use the main line in Webe. Or can I change ownership the main line to my wife's name and the supp number will become main line automatically? This way I can port out that number with my name. Possible? |

The webe membership is solely belong to you, we are unable to transfer any ownership to other person. I have multiple lines with webe, I just want to port out 1 number. How? Unfortunately, if you wish to port out from webe, you must port out all the numbers together when you request from your new mobile service provider, or else your application will be rejected. After ported out to other Telco, please take note of 30 days "cooling period" imposed by the other Telco. Some Telco allows "change of ownership" within this 30 days cooling period. Majority don't allow change of ownership within the cooling period. Postpaid & prepaid plans also need to consider.Like this will become more problems when later to use 5 numbers (mostly friends) under 1 name. If one friend wanna out and keep the number, will be pain in the ass. Once cooling period is over and change of ownership is granted, then only can port in back to webe-M. You may try to lodge official report to MCMC regarding "cooling period" and webe's poor in change of ownership procedure within its system. If other Telco can do it, why webe can't? I'm considering either celcom or webe now. In term of coverage, speed & signal consistency in KL, which 1 is better? For webe hotspot, have to pay around rm15 for sharing 1gb right? It has time limit (day / week / month) or not?
Thanks... This post has been edited by oxygen_: Oct 25 2017, 03:49 PM |

QUOTE(lechevalierr @ Oct 27 2017, 03:10 PM) I noticed that data connection and speed tend to be unsatisfactory when one is within a university campus. For example, below is the speed I got in UPM. Perhaps the network provider is trying to help students concentrate in class? Whict part of UPM? Here at Faculty of Medicine and HS quite stable..around 5-15 Mbps. This post has been edited by washay: Oct 27 2017, 04:49 PM |
