Just change to webe yesterday but keep stuck at 3g, not 4g

Yup, enable already since from long time ago

Tried outdoor 3 different location (under 4G coverage), tried 3 different times speedtest (all below 4Mbps)
All failed to turn to 4G

but yesterday night after my webe carrier name change from webe=>unifi then can detect 4G easily already

I talked to CS, she said maybe that is the problem but I think she also not sure

i have question.
my father currently using celcom 1+5 postpaid. so he want to convert all line to webe. can someone explain what to do?

may i know if webe caps the phone calls to maximum 1hour and then auto disconnect?

I'm considering either celcom or webe now. In term of coverage, speed & signal consistency in KL, which 1 is better? For webe hotspot, have to pay around rm15 for sharing 1gb right? It has time limit (day / week / month) or not?

Thank u. I asked via chat, they replied mi a1 is not a webe's certified device. Glad that it can support webe LTE.

Samsung S7 Edge also not yet support Webe VoLTE. My another phone Huawei P9 Plus already can use Webe VoLTE.

Just finish relocate to new housing area.

Now I can stream twich 720p with no problem and smoothly.
