Hi im new to webe unlimited switched from umobile p78. Is recently webe throttling down vpns?? I used paid nordvpn and i am being throttled to 1mbps and any other vpns on playstore is having that too??? On youtube especially i am being throttled hard that i cant watch 1080p60 content!! My speedtest shows 30mbps up 9mbps down?? How is that supposed to slow down vpns and youtube??? Im not feeling anything unlimited at all right now!

I have a problem with my webe account. This is my second month using webe. I cannot log into webe app. I can log in through website but once i click to view my bill, it said that i had not subscribed to anything.

It was fine before. I already emailed the customer service but it is still not resolved after 20 days.

I cant tether now.

i'm currently using Huawei P10 plus which has dual sim and LTE support.
can i use my p10 plus to replace the MiFi device?

i wonder if you can cheese it by inserting the simcard to broadband that directly plug-in to pc/lappy for the unlimited quota? i have an old thumb drive huawei broadband from digi in the past.

I went to register today at giant putra heights. I almost cancelled the intention, but went ahead anyway, switching from digi, the agent was very angry, always looked like he was ready to punch me. Don't you get commission le? Undermining me the whole time, kept asking are you sure you're not using prepaid? Is this your account? And kept calling me adik. Kept saying rm79 a month is expensive (im paying 150 for digi monthly). What an ass. Also kept looking at my shirt and my wrist, i wasn't wearing any watch (he was wearing g shock)

I paid cash for registration and didn't get any receipt for it, but hopefully it'll go thru. At first he said can only pay by debit (i assumed by debit only pin is required), actually tac too, at this moment he looked even angrier. Also, he key in and looked and the three digit at the back of my card himself, is he allowed to do that?

I guess for the cheaper prize we have to be content with bad customer service.

2nd number.. Repeat as above.... RM 69
3rd number... Repeat again as above.... RM 59

Finally...4th or 5th number will be at RM 49
