quick question - i tot plan already unlimited

why is there still a hotspot 10gb limit?
*
Using the data always unlimited but if you tethering, you need to pay. Now they give free 10GB hotspot/tethering, don't know for how long or no time limit.

so which means if i use it from my phone - its unlimited, but if i tethered it to my ipad and uses my ipad, i only have 10GB?
*
Yes this is why not so many attract potential subscribers. With this free 10GB hotspot, they're sure will gain more subscriber. Including me laugh.gif
I just bought this morning and self pickup in the afternoon.

Previously I just used for 1 month when Webe launched. That time coverage quite poor for LTE. This time around, I don't know how long, depends on speed and capped.

So the free 10GB for hotspot is until December 2017. By the time they won't continue or offer a better deal, I'm out. To give you guys less congestion on the LTE network laugh.gif

Is there any other band that Webe supported other than band 5 for LTE?

Is any of these supported?
Band: 1, 3, 7, 20.

No, only 5 and 40 for now

Then the 10GB hotspot is mandatory as not all phone is compatible. I have Oukitel K10000 Pro that have 10K mAh battery. It would be great to become hotspot phone.

You won't get the RM10 KFC voucher if you opt to self pickup. Only by delivery which is messed up. I'm doing their favor by not getting charge by shipping fee, yet they won't give it. Webe oh Webe. laugh.gif

With that kind of coverage and speed for RM199, might as well as bungkus for good
*
Yup RM199 discount to RM79 is just a marketing gimmick. They can't back to original price as other telco offer the same thing as Webe.

If you do it online need to wait for courier to deliver your new sim
*
Less hassle if you do it online and self pickup the sim in nearest TM.

I have a problem today. Tried to port out supp line to OneXox but declined as there is main line in Webe, if need to port out, need to port out all.

Why can't I port out one number only? I want to use the main line in Webe. Or can I change ownership the main line to my wife's name and the supp number will become main line automatically? This way I can port out that number with my name. Possible?

Can I transfer my ownership to my family member?

The webe membership is solely belong to you, we are unable to transfer any ownership to other person.

I have multiple lines with webe, I just want to port out 1 number. How?

Unfortunately, if you wish to port out from webe, you must port out all the numbers together when you request from your new mobile service provider, or else your application will be rejected.

Faq webe

Because of these rules, I have to port out all my numbers to OneXoX and later port in back 1 number to use with Webe. Such hassle.
Like this will become more problems when later to use 5 numbers (mostly friends) under 1 name. If one friend wanna out and keep the number, will be pain in the ass.
