i would like to ask about all these MiFi device..
does it works like normal router (devices within LAN can interact with each other) or is it simply provide internet access to the devices?

You can click and see.
It is a Mobile Wi-Fi (MiFi), small

Usually MiFi can only be connected via Wi-Fi (or WLAN) or via USB or both

If you want MiFi with LAN, I can only suggest Huawei E5730 but it can't support LTE

Tonight I called Digi 2211800 helpline and I was surprised to get an almost instant access to an actual person at the other end after keying in my details.

So Digi is doing something about all those complaints about long wait times at the helpline. Have to give them credit where credit is due. 👍

Huawei E5573 is better in term of ability to achieve higher download speed because it support LTE CAT 4. While ZTE MF93D is only LTE CAT3. Battery last much longer in ZTE MF93D. Almost double mAh.

I myself using ZTE MF93D that I bought 5-6 years ago and it is still good. Can get 40-50Mbps in my area. My area alteady support LTE-A, so maybe if I buy CAT6 device, I could achieve much higher speed. Test with iPhone 7 and could reach 115Mbps

Actually 4G+ better with CAT6 device. Or else you may experience slow/downgrade speed. As 4G+ speed up to 150Mbps. Some provider can go up to 400Mbps with mixed spectrum. smile.gif

iPhone 7 support LTE CAT9. up to 450Mbps
DiGi 4G+/LTE-A support up to 225Mbps I think. I saw one user posted here with better speed (around 140Mbps++)

I plan to buy E5786 but scare that speed will remain the same.

Now using Ipad Air 2 as hotspot, CAT4 and my speed around 25-30mbps only.
