Currently I don't have MiFi, I use straight in the iPhone 6, however the speed in my really dissappoint me... always 3G connection and I need to stand in front of the windows to get 4G then move a bit sudah hilang. Is it due to the phone? Cause scared if i buy MiFi it will waste of money. Note: only happen when in building as i live in condo... if outside can get 20mbps 4G just by using iPhone 6...

Might consider getting another of those huawei e5186 and some antenna too boost signal

Yes, for example balcony will get speed just like i roam outside of the house lor, if enter room GG... is it my phone or the location it self? 3G inside my room not even 1mbps download wtf...

There are so many factors affecting speed
Area, Indoor/Outdoor, Bandwitdth, Level of congestion, and device.

Indoor? You may need extra antenna+ 4G Router.

What band you are connecting right now? Band 7 2600MHz is worse in term of building penetration. That's why when you are in Shopping Complex, sometimes, certain place cannot connect Digi LTE.

Found another review for 61a variant, and somebody dropped comment on how only TDD got cat6

as stated there, you are in Band 3. Should be a little bit better to penetrate building. But maybe there are other factors too..

Yes very sad yo... if go outside sure no problem the speed is very fast... need to borrow my friend's mifi if they got to test out before buying else waste money only

dont waste your money in mifi, my mifi reception is same with my ip6s. get something else

Modem usually will 5-15% better than phone, but it is just a very small different.
If the area is facing low signal, you must use external antenna.
It could increase up to 80% of signal.

it is a mifi device.. more like an AP to your devices.. if you want configure something more technical like port forward or DNS most likely it won't support

as kae7 suggested go for Cat4 mifi.. the best is Cat6 mifi but the price is still expensive.. if budget is the limit, this should be OK..
from my experienced on buying modem ZTE is known for performance with bargain price but less stability while Huawei comes with good performance and stability but little expensive compared to ZTE..

my case was slightly different, i can get around 6-10m during peak hour. but youtube may buffering for 1 minuites for 720p. during phone calls may not hear the other party sometimes, speedtest may not responding from time to time. i got 2 digi line, phone & mifi also the same.

just reported to cic, see what they can do

This is more like technical error. Nothing related to signal. Only digi can fix it.

Just how far away is the balcony from your room?
I had similar problem at my previous rent house, 4g full signal outside but the moment I went to my room everything goes dead (1 bar at least)
Had to use this antenna to boost signal to my usb modem
