is it just me or Digi 4G is getting worst these few days?

i stay in changlun kedah and my speed is quite slow. Some times loading a website takes quite some time haihhh. Before this was blazing fast.
Could it be Digi's spectrum re-allocation exercise caused the slowness?

What about you guys?
*
Spectrum re-allocation will make Digi better off as they gain extra 5MHz for 1800MHz spectrum and it was done phase by phase according to areas. It's unlikely you will have prolonged degradation of service due to spectrum re-allocation. The only explanation for this occurrence is congestion.

Just back from Kedah few days back. The biggest mall was AMAN MALL.......I think there was a PADINI shop having a 4 days promotion there. I went to a DIGI centre trying to sub some line under DIGI's CAKAAAAP plan which the digi guy in the centre said the promotion will last until 14th of May (extended). On the first day last Wednesday there's line problem on DIGI but after that everything's normal. Overall I think DIGI's coverage is still better than UMOBILE although DIGI might not be the best network coverage currently...... sad.gif

i managed to get ard 95-105 MBs under LTE-A areas in cheras bt9 areas.
but if 4G only near house only 15-50, mostly ard 30MBs...much better than maxis fibre...

some areas only i got 5Mbs puke.gif

yeah near UUM.

by the way, i called Digi to complain last night.

Apparently, they are doing some network upgrade at the telco tower there. Estimated to finish tomorrow 5/5 by 6pm.
so that explains the slowness these few days.

chill bros maybe saturday can get back to normal already. thumbsup.gif

Yes, my friend always uses it in China. Make sure you select the correct roaming partner, this is very important.

yeah the selected local telco only right. need to 'activate international roaming' first or can use directly by default? because never use roaming before.

Oops. I thought you were referring to Roam Like Home package.
For Roam Like Home, if your package doesn't come with that for free, you will need to subscribe for it first at Digi Centre.
You can check if your international roaming is activated using MyDigi app, check under Settings.
