QUOTE(nd_4ever @ Nov 29 2007, 03:26 PM) I can get a very good price for both the Continental CSC1 & 2 from my friend's tyre shop in Sg.Besi area. If it's still under promotional price, then CSC 215/45/17 will be selling ard RM280 (Made in Malaysia) & CSC2 will be going for RM370 for made in Germany ones. If u would like to go for CSC1 Made In Germany, then it'll be the region of RM320 for the same size as above. Not much difference for CSC1 Made in M'sia & Germany as used both before this. If budget is not limited then go for CSC2 as u'll love it during spirited driving & also during raining season. bro, CSC2 got 205/45/16 size?

QUOTE(tkytky @ Nov 30 2007, 11:51 AM) bro, CSC2 got 205/45/16 size? If i'm not mistaken, CSC2 only comes in sizes after 17". Smallest size i was informed is 215/45/17 for CSC2. If u want 205/45/16 then go for CSC1 which is the same thread pattern as Satria Neo original tyres from factory. Difference are the grip handling capability between the 2 thread designs. U can notice that both tyres has different thread patterns.... CSC range is more onto performance with comfort matched driving mostly for executive sports range of cars. Yes, this shop belongs to an old friend of mine & i can get good price compared to others. It's worth it for me as dont have to drive down to Klang just for new tyres. This post has been edited by nd_4ever: Dec 3 2007, 10:02 AM

Hankook RS-2 also a good one, if u like the so call a cheaper ver of "AD07", but make sure the tire pressure is ~ 36psi in the front for street used.
Hv any one try the Kumho Mx or Federal 595RS? TQ.

The most silent tyre i've used is the Azenis ST115 but dammit, it only lasted me less than 5 months from the day i replaced it new onto my car. Firenza ST-03 made in Japan tyres are also very silent since it's categorized as comfort+performance designed oriented tyres. It's also very affordable as well but dont mistaken it for ST-05 which is made in Indonesia & this thread is the same as Falken Ziex 322.

Firenza ST-03 (215/45/17) should be around RM320 +/- now i guessed. It's been long time since i checked on Firenza tyres.

Tried Few tyres before will giv rating to these tyres Currently using : Falken ST115 - 9/10 , nice grip in wet and dry. Good. Continental CC1 5/10 -- Not really quiet, and grip really sucks. GY NCT 5 2/10 --- Noisy, Grip worse than CC1, and important that this tyre never Worn out. took me 60000km to finish them (come wit new car) Toyo T1-R 8/10 -- good grip in both wet and dry too. Michelin MVX8 7/10 MXV4 7/10 Yokohama AD07 Neova 8/10 -- excelent grip on dry but not very grippy on wet. not really suitable for daily use but for tracking and yea racing , is a good tyre. and it worn out really really fast. Added on December 7, 2007, 4:35 pmNext tyre going to try will be Falken FK452 i think This post has been edited by skylinegtr34: Dec 7 2007, 04:35 PM

just got new sets of shoe's for my car. the Bridgestone Potenza Adrenalin RE-001. size is 205/50/R16 and cost me rm330 per piece.
i would say it's a good all rounder. steering response is very good, good grip during dry and decent grip during wet.
but i think my next tyre change i'll still go back to yokohama advan neova ad-07. not to say i drive like schummi when it's raining and ad-07's performance in rain is still acceptable.
when its dry....woohoo!! ad-07 babeh!

QUOTE(Cahill @ Nov 20 2007, 09:31 AM) anyone tried falken azenis RT615? How's compared to Neova? Can't make up my mind, the price is quite high RM670 for 16" 215. Very near to R compound tire but with better threadwear 200, what's neova threadwear?? i think the threadwear is somewhere 180.
