So for those who signed everything, including bank and lawyer, and want to cancel and take back the 10% deposit in full, but yet to get the signed S&P, is that possible?

Nowadays which new property is cheap in KL? If AK’s project overpriced, it won’t sell like hot cake

I think those buying rumahwip is safe and can be reimbursed under government insurance.
