hi, question, I think Hermington launch price only 450k+- only right? why people is willing to pay 580 now to buy it. 130k more.

whereas many other similar launching year condo price didn't gone up

If you check transection. It maybe markup price. And it also be reference affect the market price at search engine.

actual real transaction la. Last transaction was Feb 2024. at RM580K.
the rest also at RM550-580K.

all owners now sitting atleast 100k profits

580k x 90% =522k

522k - approximate 6% for legal stamping mot
= 490k.
