hi, question, I think Hermington launch price only 450k+- only right? why people is willing to pay 580 now to buy it. 130k more.
whereas many other similar launching year condo price didn't gone up |

If you check transection. It maybe markup price. And it also be reference affect the market price at search engine. |

580k x 90% =522k
522k - approximate 6% for legal stamping mot = 490k. I think it's nice also. |
