No one actually address the concern with the 'smell'.
Anyone get funny smell when eating at telephone restaurant or sending kids to school nearby? |

I signed everything with lawyer and bank in last year November. Anyone got their chopped S&P already? It's been so long.

So for those who signed everything, including bank and lawyer, and want to cancel and take back the 10% deposit in full, but yet to get the signed S&P, is that possible?
