Do consider the risk factors assoicate with " Climate Changes" i.e the disasters /after effects of the recent climate changes.

Relatively , Cyberjaya is a safer place ( i.e having a lower risk ) as compared to China/ Japan/Taiwan/ Europe or US, in term of impacts from climate changes.

Respite the past failures of Cyberjaya in IT , Climate Changes may be a turning point for foreign invetors to take a re look . NTT is one of them.

The other impact is the engery crisis in Europe as a result of war. Costs are sky high.

One set back is the unfavourable political enviroments in Malaysia , and lacking of clear cut policies to promote IT.

that place looks more and more abandoned every week i passed by.

Did not you know, heard it have become a haunted condo. Many experienced a lot paranormal activities there especially at parking space. Got case where police shot down several robbers there.

The suicide cases there quite high too.

Heard from my friend, he literally saw people flying down from upstairs and crashing down not once but several times. Now he have moved out from there.
