QUOTE(shaniandras2787 @ Oct 13 2022, 05:39 PM) heard that NSK is opening in Cyberjaya (nearby Lim Kok Weng University)? also, what's happening to Skypark? that place looks more and more abandoned every week i passed by. Did not you know, heard it have become a haunted condo. Many experienced a lot paranormal activities there especially at parking space. Got case where police shot down several robbers there. The suicide cases there quite high too. Heard from my friend, he literally saw people flying down from upstairs and crashing down not once but several times. Now he have moved out from there. QUOTE(shaniandras2787 @ Oct 13 2022, 05:54 PM) daphuck really? didn't hear about these stories AT ALL. I only pass by them every week when going back to visit my parents in Garden Residences and noticed that the building is becoming more "isolated" by the week. how true are these stories by the way or just rumors The case where police shot down several robbers is true by the way. The robbers got killed in the parking space. Anothers from tenant or residence experience there. https://m.malaysiakini.com/news/493042This post has been edited by GOPI56: Oct 13 2022, 06:01 PM

QUOTE(Azran1979 @ Jan 15 2023, 11:27 AM) 90% of cyberjaya people are Malays now. which part u dont understand? We cannot control the population, learn to live with them. Malays are the majority population of Malaysia while the population of Chinese and Indians are shrinking every year. Every place is getting the same with majority Malay people population.

QUOTE(Azran1979 @ Jan 15 2023, 11:39 AM) You dont understand. The reason of these influx of Malays are due to the city policy. MSC has failed, so they went to plan B to turn Cyberjaya into a residential city. It has turn into a cheap city which allows low entry barrier for Malays. You dont see many chinese or indians here because there are no ecosystem to support their needs. The plan of Cyberjaya becoming like Silicon Valley died a long time ago, and many IT companies have moved their operations from Cyberjaya to other places like the Philippines, India, etc. And many companies still prefer to have their offices in KL due to convenience and accessibility. So Majlis Perbandatan Sepang changed it into like a satellite city where people live here and travel to KL to work. Something like that. Now fewer expats, foreigners, etc are living in Cyberjaya not like in those days. This post has been edited by GOPI56: Jan 15 2023, 11:50 AM
