For own stay, everywhere be it cbj, okr, jinjang, cheras, jenjarom, etc is "idea". For investment is another matter.

ouh, it was 3 years ago. thought it happened only recently.

as far as the ghost stories goes, tried to google search to see if there's any trace cause it intrigued me but no results came up sweat.gif so for now, i'd take it as hearsay but true though, Skypark is one weird development with the commercial units located underneath being vacant for so long, bound to have something "occupying" it sooner or later.

i also noticed at the top most floor, there's a space (sort of like a hall) with phasing LED lights. now, what's that all about?

The developer -> MCT is the problem. Look at The Place @ Cyberjaya.
But you can see Kanvas, Cybersquare & some others are doing good.

Even the most upper class " Project 8 " in Golden KL has some issues .

Guys ..interest rates would be sky high again , and the possible return of " great 2008 crisis " may hit US again , or China or even Asia......

One gaint bank in Euro is in very bad shape ....Lehman Brother looks alike ?

Most Asia currencies fell more than Year 1997 crisis

Next concern is upcoming China/Taiwan war with US taking part ?

Be careful when u buy properties ..

Topkek dev, ppl built commercial they also want to build. End up failed. Even their mall in one city usj also barely alive.

Don't want to take a lesson learnt from the place building and still built skypark within the same persiaran APEC.

Lol, somewhat true, many tech company go there. Uoa tower/vertical tower. And it is gigantic one. Alibaba also there. Becoz i work there. Many china/us multibillion company is there.

Well, I'm working in Bangsar South too. For close to 7 years now.
But never hesitate to move out from Cyberjaya. (Since 2008)
Cyberjaya is really Kesian if you judge from the master plan. But judging from the perspective of a livable township, Cyberjaya is one of the top in my list. rclxms.gif

It really depends, but sometime I'll send my gf to work at ampang park, took 45 - 1 hour (Depart after 9am) if smooth. Otherwise, 1hr+ if traffic is bad.

If KLCC, I'll suggest you to take ERL + LRT. (But not going to be cheap either, good thing is you can do your own thing while commuting & ERL is kind of punctual for you to plan your time)
But I believe it will take 1hr plus per trip.

In about 3 months time, we can take MRT 2 to KL ( directly to KLCC East ) , unless a delay ( not likely ) happens .

Putra Heights to KLCC also takes an hour plus, Cyber to KLCC....😂 Only thing good is can sleep if you can get a seat
