Is anyone else having a problem to receive OTP for online purchase with YOLO card? I have tried to make a few transactions from different merchants (TM Portal, Maxis) and the OTP never comes.

UOB Customer service is no help, they just keep telling me that my card is fine, phone number already registered, ask to restart phone, restart PC, etc.. sad.gif

Just finish doing 16 swipes for the cashback at UOBPayonline.
I feel very stupid for paying 16 x RM1 to my bill laugh.gif

Based on past history, unlikely to get cash rebate for insurance. Only one success, and it's already on post #1.

Current t&c does not exclude insurance, unlike in the past.

You can try and report the result.

If you want to aim for cash rebate, it's the way to do like this.
But the most headache is those internal financial teams (especially Shopee), how comes so many invoice receipt with RM1 x 16times.. laugh.gif

Since then I cancel OCBC, CIMB cards to bring down my CC cards.
But added a PRVI miles to earn some overseas 5x points. Tapi the day my card arrived was the day they revised the TnC ranting.gif
