Interesting. In fact I did have a similar experience in my Jan statement, my yolo and lady's card.

Yes, in the statement, the total balance due is still RM400 (DR amount). So what i did was i called uob, transferred the credit amount from my lady's card to my yolo card.

Received a call from UOB today, and the lady offer me 3 years free AF.

So I plan to keep this card first hehe

YOLO card annual fees is waived if we swipe once every month (called UOB customer service, CS responded that swipe 12x in a year also entitled to annual fee waiver). So, can consider keep the card if u swipe once every month.

Huh really don't know got such thing? What mean lite platinum? For those not meeting min requirement? But I update them with my latest income documents which is annual income 60k.

Edit : Called CS, I never ask why I gotten Lite instead of normal platinum since my income far exceed the min requirement. I just ask the different of Lite & Normal Plat, no difference for benefits, the difference only for the AF part. Lite - 1st year charge AF, 2nd year free. Normal - 1st year free, 2nd year charge AF. and i Keep asking about the 1 swipe per month for AF waive, she also telling no such thing, this is only apply to Vox Card, but she said she can file report for waiver, but not guaranteed. Since i cannot waive the AF, i just pay it use until 2 years and cut.. feel so uncomfortable.. I hold this card not more than 6 months, not sure want cut immediately or not.

Asked. They dont even bother. Felt funny. Lol
they keep telling me TnC is mentioning VOX CARD ONLY..

ya that day i went to BHP, and the lady tell me they will longer accept Smart point redemption from 25 June onwards, guess BHP is pulling out from UOB smart program...

So UOB One BHP no longer 5%+2% in the weekend?

Termination of BHPetrol as UOB SMART$ Merchant (Effective 3 July 2017) [ UOB ]

In regards to the above matter, BHPetrol will cease its partnership as part of UOB SMART$ merchant, effective from 3 July 2017.

In effect from 3 July 2017:

UOB Cardholders will not be rewarded with SMART$ Cash Rebates from any transaction(s) made at BHPetrol station(s) nationwide.

BHPetrol will stop processing the SMART$ Cash Rebates redemptions at any of its stations.

Any SMART$ Cash Rebates UOB Cardholders have received and accumulated are not effected and still be able to redeem and accumulate SMART$ Cash Rebates at any other participating UOB SMART$ merchants nationwide.

2 weeks ago Called up to terminate my uob one platinum, reason for cancellation is I don't wanna pay the annual fees. Today thy called me again mentioning I will get another 3 years annual fees waiver. Rofllllll

Nope, I signed that cc 2 years back. They gave me 2 years waiver.

Not really. YOLO is far more flexible than CIMB CR when it comes to cash back eligibility.
Government transactions memang no cash back, stated in their T&C.
I haven't received yet.
UOB YOLO's cash back is by batches. It will be in later, I will check mine again in few hours.

Just received the cash rebate for May 2017 after sent an email to UOB and CC to BNM yesterday. 

UOB said they are having some issue with their backend system and they use the manual way to credit back the cash rebate to my card on a URGENT basis.

Anybody face issue loggin in to UOB Payonline before? I am receiving messege saying "

User with this Login ID already in used."

UOB One Card Platinum User : Any of you facing problem when trying to redeem smart$ at merchant ?

My case : After put my card into the machine , key in pin and press Green button, the device looks like auto reboot then print a receipt shows "Power Failure".

Tried 3 times also same. Call UOB CS on the spot, CS say already redeemed, merchant check redeem history, no record in their machine.

at the end CS told me to pay using the card normally, they will check the system, will deduct the payment using Smart$ by manually....  =_=

I was panic that time, merchant realize got problem immediately grab the purchase item back ... hahaha

Lucky still can pay with the card normally.

** This thing also happens when i redeem Smart$ on June at BHPetrol station. (I was thinking got problem on their machine, now looks like i am wrong)
