asked for reason to terminate: told him no use anymore.
offered me 1 yr extended AF waiver: told him agreed. next AF to be charged next year 2018. some short verification, then hanged up.
called me back again, reconfirm 2 yrs extended AF waiver: definitely agreed to accept    next AF to be charged in year 2019.

But, still got risk that they will said need to be 1 time per month for 12 months..

But he said he is a regular user, so should be OK.

6-digit TAC is a good change, it was very annoying in previous IB 

Complain to CS, I wish they charge me so that I can argue with them for not following their own T&C.

Anyway, I have called UOB to check regarding the GST reversal, she said she will put in a request and will reflect in next statement. My statement date is on 12th, so let's see.

Not sure if this has been discussed before, but I just found out some stupid clause on my UOB Privmiles Platinum Card. It was promoted to be a travel card and their main feature was 12x complimentary access to the Plaza Premium Lounge in airports blah blah blah.

So I was trying to access the Lounge the other day before I board my flight to Thailand and they told me that this UOB card has a T&C that the free access is only allowed for the FIRST 40 UOB cardmembers who entered the lounge for each day. Then I was pretty furious about this because I wasnt aware when I signed up the card. I called the UOB call center and they confirmed that it is true.

Furthermore, the shared quota of first 40 uob cardmembers applied to the ENTIRE MALAYSIA, not just that particular airport. SO it is pretty useless benefit for a travel-centric card if you ask me. The day which I tried to access wasnt even on a weekend or a holiday, it was on a normal weekday afternoon and all quotas already used up. Imagine how likely you are able to get that access on a weekend or peak season.

Well, maybe he/she got an incompetent officer to handle the case but so far I have not seen anyone complained about BNM's efficiency in handling complaints.

had 1 experience where it kept failing using GSC Web.

then i disable using wifi, and use mobile internet. retried on GSC App instead and it was working fine.

so far, all 3 purchases using GSC App were successful.

So fed up with the 8 transactions thingy...I try to pay my telco bill through uobpayonline 7 times with RM1 but in the end only 1 transaction recorded at the unbilled transaction. Maybe next time I have to try varying amount...
