my uob card will be charged annual fee this september,

Any idea how to waive annual fee for UOB One card? Cash back is meaningless if they charge annual fee.

I think no. I always do enquiry thru their CS email only.

I called and said will charge me on 1st Oct 2017.
Then when I told her I noticed in their website, YOLO's AF can be waived with 12x swipes, she put me on hold for a while and came back telling me she has checked with respective department and I was right. I will definitely get auto waiver when the time comes. Anyway, let's see if that happens else I will argue with them.

If i interpret it correctly, you need min 12x swipes per year, not necessarily to achieve 1 swipe per month. Also, definition of "per year" should be "per anniversary year"; if calendar year, it wouldn't make sense.

So, from 11 August 2017 to yesterday, was your Yolo card removed from the UOB Internet Banking website?
The annual fee waiver stated in http://www1.uob.com.my/personal/useful/fee..._annualfee.html consists of 2 sentences.

As we here know, there 2 sentences are not same.

Annual fee is waived upon (1) swipe per month at any amount (total twelve (12) swipes per year).

Suppose that I do not use Yolo card at all for the first 11 months, and I use the card for 12 times in the last month. The UOB officer in-charge may not grant me the annual fee waiver, because the officer may use only the first sentence as the basis of the waiver.

BTW I facing problem when login NEW IB, asked me to change password. When I key in my old password which was only 7 digit alpha, it shown format incorrect (now need at least 8 characters). Anyone facing this problem?

Is there anyone who has not received the Yolo cashback for August transactions?

I still have not received mine.  At least for now, saitong09 and fruitie have received theirs.

Is it possible that due to the change to new UOB online banking website (https://pib.uob.com.my), I cannot see my credited cashback?

It was previously reported here that the Yolo cashback is credited in batches. I hope that I can receive my 6% online cashback for Yolo early next week. 

I don't really like the new interface as I can't customize date to view transactions. This feature was very useful for me to track usage to maximize cash back. Also to check back my previous month's transactions to know which transactions were eligible for cash back.

I have just checked mine, seem like is auto waived but not sure why GST is not waivale
